Please do not upload regular photographs or screenshots. Original files directly from the state portal will result in the best possible print. HERE are instructions on how to locate and retrieve the original files. High resolution (300 dpi or above) scans are acceptable only if original files are no longer available. Refer to the HELP section for scanner settings before sending scanned cards.
